Congratulations! You have succeeded in obtaining an interview with a great company, for the job of your dreams.

Now the real work begins...

Getting the interview is less than halfway home; you must still convince a hiring manager that you are qualified for the job, that you are a good fit with that particular corporate culture, that you are better than the other candidates, and that you will be a truly happy and productive employee.

You must also, and this is a very important part of the job interview process, determine that this opportunity is right for you...that this is the job, career path, and company in which you wish to invest your working life.

You need to accomplish all of these tasks while face to face with one or more supervisory personnel who you probably have never met before, in what can be a stressful situation on both sides of the table.

You will be competing with a number of other candidates for the position.

They may be better qualified than you, and you may have only one chance to make your presentation.

We coach you on a wide range of successful interview techniques.

We cover the basic requirements, such as ensuring that you know where and when the job interview will be held and emphasizing the importance of being there on time, as well as help you prepare for more advanced requirements, such as knowing the company, their market position, business plans and strategies.

We coach you on acquiring background information for the hiring manager that you will be speaking with, how to establish a comfortable, conversational, rapport during the interview (and it should be treated as a conversation, not as an inquisition), how to be at ease as well as put the interviewer at ease, and how to ask pertinent questions and respond well to any job-related question asked of you.

Our job interview coaching process enables you to be positive, on-point and relaxed during the entire interview process.

Our program also addresses the second interview, an often-neglected aspect of the candidate-selection process.

You may have done well in the first job interview, but will you be ready for the subtle differences of the second round?

Will you be able to accurately assess how the first interview went, where you did well, and where you might have to pick up the pace, or perhaps make adjustments to information provided in your first presentation, to secure the job?
