We have acquired a real-world experience base by running several businesses, interviewing and hiring many employees, and by participating in corporate-level employee development and training programs for more than 25 years.
Our highest priority is to provide personalized, responsive services in those areas that directly meet the career advancement needs of our clients.
We work with you one-on-one to determine how best to meet your unique requirements, giving you a set of tools and skills that you will use to advance the course of your professional trajectory.

Our consulting staff is rigorously qualified, most have advanced degrees in Marketing and Business Administration, and we require membership in the Professional Association of Resume Writers (PARW), with a Certified Employment Interview Professional (CEIP) and Certified Professional Resume Writer (CPRW) credentials.
